TERMS OF SERVICE

01ACCEPTANCE

These terms cover wreckanics.com and the games published by WRECKANICS, including Tumble Fuse. By using the site or playing a game, you accept them. Apple, Google, YouTube, and other platforms add their own terms for services, installations, profiles, ads, and purchases they provide.

02YOUR LICENSE

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play our games and use this site. The games are licensed, not sold — what you buy is the right to play them.

03OUR PROPERTY

Everything in the shop — code, art, models, names, marks, sounds, and the games themselves — belongs to WRECKANICS. Don't copy, redistribute, resell, or pass any of it off as your own without written permission.

04FAIR USE OF THE MACHINERY

The games are built to be broken — from the inside, with the controls we gave you. What's not allowed:

• Cheating tools, exploits, or tampering with game data or services
• Decompiling or reverse-engineering the games, except where the law says we can't stop you
• Using the games or this site for anything unlawful

05PLATFORM PROFILES & LEADERBOARDS

Some features use an optional platform profile, such as Google Play Games. If you use a leaderboard, your platform display name, score, rank, and related gameplay activity may be shown to other players according to your platform privacy settings. Scores are submitted at the checkpoints chosen by the game and may take time to appear.

We may reject, hide, correct, or remove scores and suspend access to online features where we reasonably believe a score resulted from tampering, automation, an exploit, corruption, or another rules violation. We may set score limits, reset seasonal or test boards, archive rankings, or change or retire an online feature. Platform services are not guaranteed to be available at all times.

06PURCHASES, ADS & UNLOCKS

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their payment and refund terms. Tumble Fuse may offer a one-time Remove Ads product; the exact benefit and price shown in the store or purchase screen at the time of purchase control. A valid store entitlement may be required to restore it on another installation. Optional rewarded benefits and other game unlocks have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the game, and may be adjusted where needed to preserve game balance or comply with platform rules.

07VIDEOS & STREAMING

Recording, streaming, and monetizing footage of our games is welcome, including commentary and montages. A visible mention of the game's name is all we ask. This permission doesn't extend to reselling raw game assets.

08UPDATES & AVAILABILITY

We keep improving the games and may update, rebalance, add, change, suspend, or retire content or a feature. Updates can affect compatibility, saved progress, rankings, rewards, ads, and online services. We will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement without providing the remedy required by applicable law or the relevant store rules.

09AS-IS & LIABILITY

The site, games, and online services are provided as they stand, without warranties except those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the fullest extent the law permits, WRECKANICS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of progress, unavailable rankings, or interruptions caused by a platform or network provider. Our total liability arising from a game or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10PRIVACY, CHANGES & CONTACT

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. We may revise these terms; the current version will remain here with its effective date. Material changes will be disclosed where required. Continuing to use the site or games after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
