WRECKANICS GAME WORKSHOP

PORCHWARD PRIVACY POLICY

PROJECT PORCHWARD PUBLIC PRIVACY POLICY EFFECTIVE 30 AUGUST 2026

01Scope and responsible publisher

Wreckanics develops and publishes Porchward Cat, package com.wreckanics.porchward. This policy covers the Porchward mobile app, the Porchward pages on wreckanics.com, and support requests about Porchward.

The app has no Wreckanics account, login, public profile, chat, multiplayer messaging, or user-generated content. Wreckanics does not receive a copy of your local puzzle history as part of ordinary play.

02Data kept by the app

Porchward stores game information locally so it can resume play and enforce its rules. This includes campaign progress, current and completed levels, best move counts, achievement proof and pending provider reports, sound and haptic preferences, hint-use timestamps and balance, successful rewarded-action timestamps and cooldown, rewarded frontier unlocks, interstitial cadence, active-attempt timing, and a cached Full Access entitlement state.

This information is associated with the app installation and device storage, not a Wreckanics player account. It may still be included in or restored from platform-level device backup or transfer systems, depending on the platform and its behavior.

03Apple Game Center and Google Play Games achievements

On a supported signed iOS or Android app, Porchward can use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services to authenticate the current platform player, load provider-hosted achievement progress, and report achievements earned through completed Porchward gameplay. The optional Achievements entry opens the provider's achievement screen. Porchward does not create a Wreckanics player account, and declining or being unable to use the platform service does not block ordinary puzzle play.

Porchward keeps a local monotonic achievement-proof ledger and pending-report outbox so earned progress can be retried without duplicate or decreasing reports. Pending acknowledgements are separated using only an opaque one-way hash of the platform player scope. Porchward does not store the provider's raw player ID or copy the player's display name, avatar, friends, email, contacts, or social graph.

Apple or Google separately controls authentication and the achievement records attached to the player's platform account. Remote achievement progress can be reconciled as a reporting floor, but it cannot restore local puzzle history, mark a level complete, unlock a campaign level, grant hints or ad rewards, or grant Full Access.

04Advertising and privacy choices

The free version can use Google Mobile Ads for interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. Google User Messaging Platform, or UMP, checks whether a consent or privacy-options form is required for the device or region before Porchward requests ads. When Google says a privacy-options form is required and available, it can be opened from Privacy & Data in the app to review, change, or withdraw a choice.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK disclosure states that the integrated SDK automatically collects and shares IP address, which can be used to estimate general location, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers. Google uses these categories for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Consent choices, device settings, and the configured release can affect advertising identifiers, personalization, and which configured advertising partners process data. Refusing or changing a choice can affect which ads are available, but it does not remove normal access to the campaign through level completion.

An ad reward is granted only after the advertising service confirms it was earned. Closing, failing, interrupting, or being unable to load an ad does not count as a successful reward.

05Hints, rewarded ads, and interstitial timing

Standard play provides 10 hints in a rolling 24-hour window. A successful optional rewarded ad can refill the available hint balance to 10 or unlock only the next level at the current campaign frontier.

Hint refill and frontier unlock rewards share a 10-minute cooldown and a maximum of 12 successfully granted rewards in a rolling 24-hour window.

No interstitial is attempted before the result of level 10. A first-time completion of level 10 creates the first post-result opportunity. After that, every second eligible first-time completion creates one opportunity. A completed attempt at level 10 or later with at least 10 minutes of active, unpaused, foreground play also creates one. Reaching 10 minutes during play never opens an ad; the condition is evaluated only after the level is completed. If more than one condition occurs on the same result, Porchward attempts at most one ad and resets the same cadence counter.

06Full Access and purchase processing

Full Access is intended as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It removes interstitial ads, provides unlimited hints, and grants the same next-frontier unlock benefit without watching a rewarded ad.

Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. RevenueCat validates and synchronizes the entitlement and can process an anonymous App User ID, device and operating-system technical information, last-seen time, product identifier, entitlement status, Apple receipt or Google purchase token, and purchase diagnostics needed to grant, restore, refund, or revoke Full Access. Porchward does not receive your full payment-card details.

07Wreckanics website and support mail

The public Porchward landing, privacy, and support pages do not use the mobile advertising or purchase SDKs. Like most hosted websites, the hosting and security infrastructure can process request logs such as IP address, request date and time, requested path, browser or user-agent information, referring page when supplied, response status, and security diagnostics. These records are used to deliver the pages, maintain reliability, and investigate abuse or attacks.

If you email support or the privacy contact, Wreckanics receives the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, advertising identifiers, or unnecessary personal information.

08Retention

The active local game record, including the achievement-proof ledger and pending-report outbox, remains until it is replaced by newer state, expires under a rolling rule, is cleared through device controls, or the app is removed. A platform backup or restore may retain or restore a copy outside the active installation.

Apple Game Center, Google Play Games Services, Google advertising, the platform store, RevenueCat, website hosting providers, and email providers retain information under their own policies and as needed for delivery, security, fraud prevention, accounting, transactions, and legal obligations. Wreckanics keeps support mail and operational website logs only for as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, records, or applicable law.

09Sharing, security, and your choices

Wreckanics does not sell personal information. Information is disclosed to the service providers described in this policy only as needed to provide platform achievements, ads, consent choices, purchases, entitlement restoration, website delivery, email support, security, and legal compliance. Google advertising can also involve the ad technology partners selected in the AdMob publisher configuration.

Wreckanics uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information it controls, but no device, transmission, hosted service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy rights vary by location and can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or an appeal. Email privacy@wreckanics.com to make a request about information controlled by Wreckanics. Identity or interaction details may be needed to verify the request. Wreckanics may not be able to identify data that exists only in local app storage, and provider-controlled data may require a request through Google, RevenueCat, the platform store, the hosting provider, or the email provider.

10Deletion and restoration

Clearing Porchward app data or removing the app deletes the active local copy of progress, achievement proof and pending reports, preferences, and economy history. Android backup and device transfer are disabled in the Porchward app configuration, but platform backup and restore behavior can vary, and a platform may retain or restore app data.

Removing the app does not erase Apple Game Center or Google Play Games achievement records, Apple or Google purchase history, RevenueCat entitlement records, support email, website security logs, or records a provider must retain. Platform achievement records are managed through the player's Apple or Google account and may remain after uninstall, but they do not restore or unlock Porchward campaign progress. Reinstalling with the same store account may restore Full Access. Because Porchward has no Wreckanics account, there is no separate in-app account-deletion process.

For a privacy or deletion request about information held by Wreckanics, email privacy@wreckanics.com and describe the relevant interaction, such as a support message. Provider-controlled records may require a request through that provider or platform store.

11Children and audience settings

Porchward is a puzzle game without accounts, chat, public profiles, or user-generated content. It does not ask a player to enter an age or submit contact details during ordinary play.

The audience classification shown in each store listing, the advertising configuration, and applicable child-privacy rules determine how the released app must be treated. Wreckanics does not use this policy to assume that every player is an adult. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information through support can contact privacy@wreckanics.com so the request can be reviewed.

12Questions, requests, and changes

For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@wreckanics.com. For gameplay and purchase support, use the Porchward support page or email dev@wreckanics.com.

This policy may be updated when the released SDK configuration, store declarations, website services, or data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current published version.
