PRIVACY POLICY

01WHO WE ARE

WRECKANICS is an independent game workshop. This policy covers wreckanics.com and the games we publish, including Tumble Fuse. WRECKANICS is the controller of data we handle directly. Questions and privacy requests go to privacy@wreckanics.com.

02THE SHORT VERSION

Core play does not require a WRECKANICS account. Most progress and settings stay on your device. Optional platform features can use a platform profile, cloud save, public leaderboard, advertising, or store purchase services. We do not sell or rent personal data. The sections below identify what those services process and why.

03THIS WEBSITE

wreckanics.com is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and capacity purposes, and rotates them on its usual schedule.

04TUMBLE FUSE & LOCAL PROGRESS

Tumble Fuse stores gameplay progress and preferences such as best score, highest forged cube, earned milestones, onboarding state, sound, motion, and purchase entitlement on your device. You can play without creating a WRECKANICS account. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app removes local data, subject to any separate platform backup or purchase record.

On supported editions, the distribution platform may provide cloud save. For example, the YouTube Playables edition can store best score, highest forged cube, milestones, onboarding state, sound, and motion settings in YouTube's game storage and can receive the player's best score. That platform processes the data under its own privacy notice.

05PLAY GAMES & LEADERBOARDS

Where enabled on Android, Tumble Fuse can use Google Play Games Services. Google handles sign-in and may provide the game with a game-specific player identifier and profile information such as your Play Games display name and avatar. We submit eligible high scores to Google so Google can maintain and display daily, weekly, social, and all-time rankings.

Your leaderboard name, score, rank, and related gameplay activity may be visible to other players according to your Play Games profile and sharing settings. WRECKANICS does not receive your Google password. You can use Tumble Fuse without using the leaderboard, and you can manage or delete game data through your Play Games profile or Google Account controls.

06ADVERTISING & CONSENT

Native editions of Tumble Fuse can show interstitial and optional rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share an IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to estimate general location.

Where required, the game asks for advertising consent before requesting ads and provides an in-game privacy-choices control. On iOS, the system may separately ask whether the app can track across other companies' apps and websites. Refusing consent or tracking permission does not block core play, although available ads or their personalization may change. The optional Remove Ads purchase prevents native ad requests while the entitlement is active.

07PURCHASES

Apple or Google processes payments and keeps payment-card details. Tumble Fuse uses RevenueCat to validate and restore the one-time Remove Ads entitlement. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-user identifier, store receipt or purchase token, product and entitlement status, transaction history, and technical app or device information needed to provide purchase functionality and prevent fraud. WRECKANICS does not receive your full payment-card details.

08OTHER DATA & SERVICE PROVIDERS

Apple, Google Play, YouTube, device manufacturers, and distribution platforms may provide crash, performance, security, or store diagnostics under their own settings and privacy notices. If you contact us, we receive your address and anything you send and use it to answer and support you. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list.

Service providers may process data in countries different from yours. Their safeguards and retention rules are described in their notices: Google, Apple, and RevenueCat.

09WHY WE USE DATA & HOW LONG

We process data to provide requested gameplay, platform, leaderboard, support, and purchase features; to operate and secure the games; to prevent fraud and cheating; to meet legal obligations; and, where required, with your consent for advertising. Local data remains until you reset it, clear app storage, or uninstall. Platform profiles, cloud saves, scores, purchases, and advertising data are retained by the relevant provider under its rules. We retain support correspondence and any records we directly control only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.

10YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data we control, and may complain to your data-protection authority. Email privacy@wreckanics.com. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request.

You can delete local game data through your device, manage Play Games data and profile visibility in Google Play Games, manage advertising identifiers and tracking in device settings, reopen advertising privacy choices from the game where available, and manage or restore purchases through the store. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law.

11CHILDREN

Our games and this site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 outside the controls provided by the relevant platform. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to WRECKANICS, contact us and we will investigate and delete it where required.

12CHANGES & CONTACT

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to a game's data handling will also be disclosed in the game or its store listing where required.
